Our pet policy for furnished units: Guests pay a $125 non-refundable pet fee (dog or cat) per room upon arrival to cover the cost of cleaning the suite after departure and a $75 pet DNA test fee per dog. The $125 non-refundable pet fee does not apply to ADA recognized service animals. Hotel guests do not pay an additional monthly pet fee. There are no breed restrictions except those imposed by each jurisdiction.
