Our Washington DC area property, located in Arlington Virginia – just minutes from downtown DC, the Pentagon and many Northern Virginia employers – provides both comfort and convenience.

Nestled in the heart of the family-friendly Claremont neighborhood, our property is perfectly suited for long-term stays and offers a wealth of family-friendly amenities and flexible month-to-month booking terms.

With 2400 square feet of living space, our property offers comfort and peace of mind. Our four cozy bedrooms and additional pull out sofa are equipped with high-quality bedding and mattresses to ensure a restful night’s sleep. Our three bathrooms come stocked with ample super-soft towels.

The principal bedroom on the second floor features a king bed and en suite bath with walk-in shower and separate soaking tub. Two additional bedrooms on the second floor feature a full bed in one and a twin bed in the other. A large bathroom with tub and shower and a laundry closet complete the second floor. The fourth bedroom is on the main level and features a queen sleeper. There is also a full bath with a step-in shower on the main level. The basement TV area also features a queen sleeper sofa. Both sleepers feature West Elm ultra comfortable gel memory foam mattresses.

High speed Internet (Verizon Fios) is included. Both TV's are Smart TV's allowing you to connect to your preferred services.

Located fifteen minutes from downtown DC, 10 minutes from the Pentagon (and Pentagon metro station) and 15 minutes from Reagan airport. Our home is in the family-friendly Claremont neighborhood of South Arlington just blocks from walking/biking paths, kiddie parks, the large Shirlington dog park, shopping, restaurants and public transportation.
