All cancelations must be submitted three (3) days prior to guest arrival. If cancellation is received without a 3 day notification, the guest will be charged the cost of one night stay, which will be deducted from the deposit.

This move-in ready home has a STUNNING gourmet kitchen w/Stainless Steel GE gas cooktop, wall oven/microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, farm style sink, washer & dryer, full size refrigerator, Krieg coffee maker and the fixings, Air Fryer, Blender, George Forman grill, vacuum, television in each room, Wi-fi ready, towels, dishes, pots and pans, quartz countertops throughout, soft close cabinets/drawers, & brushed nickel plumbing fixtures, large island.

You will find ceramic tile in all wet areas & hardwood floors in the great room, kitchen, master, dining & hallways. The entire home has 9' ceilings as well as craftsman style crown molding. The foyer & dining room has 5' craftsman style paneling. The family room has a gas fireplace. There is a one car garage (with a steep incline) and a carport (steep incline as well).


The condo is located in a 563-acre walkable contemporary, inner-city community.
The Madison Gold Center is walking distance from the condo (hours 9am – 7pm), Publix Grocer, Walgreen, Walmart, Steak-out, Pizza Hut, Champy’s Fried Chicken, Wings to go and you are also nine (9) minutes away from the back gate of the Restone Arsenal.

To make you feel more at home and relaxed you can stream the following Netflix, Disney+, ESPN, Hulu, and Starz. Yes! There is Wi-fi.

The Master bedroom is located on the main floor and decorated in an elegant brown color. It has a dresser, nightstand, lamp and king size bed with a full size bathroom, separate bath and shower and walk-in closet. The two upstairs bedrooms have a Parisian theme. One of the rooms has a walk-in closet. Both rooms are furnished with a Chester draw, nightstand, and queen size beds.

Included, washer/dryer, full size refrigerator, dishware, cookware, knives, cutting board, glasses, wine glasses, cleaning supplies, tissue paper, paper towels, blender, Aire fryer, George Foreman, Keurig coffee maker (with supplies) vacuum, ironing board, iron, mop/broom, garbage bags, wireless, television in every room to include loft/living room, bath towels and a change of linen.

There is an attached one (1) car garage with a carport. However, there is a steep incline in both areas. Please be informed that we (the owners) are not responsible for any damages you may obtain to your vehicle. Therefore, we recommend you park out front.

There is a beautiful view of the Toyota Field where our Rocket City Trash Pandas play. A fireworks show for the 4th of July from the carport is amazing? When the community is complete you will be able to walk to the storefront in a matter of 2-3 minutes? Take an evening walk and enjoy the beauty of the trees within the community.

Nearby Corporations: You are only minutes from the following: Redstone Arsenal, Madison Hospital, The Orthopedic Center (TOC), Urgent Cares Madison, Auburn University, University of Alabama, Defense Acquisition University, Oakwood University and Strayer University.

They are building a workout facility in the community. There will be a pool, gym, tennis courts however, Phaze 3 Fitness is only 10 minutes away.

Huntsville airport is the closest however, most use Nashville Airport. The drive to downtown is 9.8 miles about a 15-minute drive.
